Intercarat manufactures high-quality composite systems using the CM (compression moulding) procedure or the IM (injection moulding) procedure. This has a number of different advantages:

  • Complicated geometries can be manufactured cost-effectively with few manufacturing steps.
  • Composite parts on which metal is partially or fully replaced are lighter, more stable and more resistant to weather, corrosion and chemicals.
  • Subassemblies can be implemented in one part, which simplifies storage and installation.

We are happy to advise you on whether and how your products can be manufactured as a composite system.
